Photograph the ingredient list clearly; avoid glare and blur.
For subscription or billing questions, use “Restore Purchases” in the app and check your Apple ID subscription status.
Sign in is optional for local scanning; some features require an account.

For issues not resolved in-app, contact the developer using the email configured in App Store Connect (App information → Support URL / developer website).
